Presentation types

Oral

Each paper will be allocated 12 minute presentation time with 3 minutes for questions.

Speedtalk
Each speedtalk will be allocated 5 minute presentation time (no questions)

Venue
Convention Center La Paz
The meeting will be held at the Convention Center of La Paz located 35 minutes from the airport of La Paz, the first and only Convention Center in the city. It has an area of 12,000 m²; and is near the best hotels, restaurants, extraordinary beaches, down town and the seafront (malecón).

Getting to La Paz?
La Paz has a well serviced international Airport – Manuel Márquez de León- (IATA: LAP, ICAO: MMLP) with connectivity across Mexico. In addition, Los Cabos International Airport is only 150 km away via a new 4-lane highway, along the scenic Pacific Ocean.

There are also national and international direct destinations to the airports of Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana, Culiacan, Toluca, Ciudad Obregón, Guasave, Guaymas, Hermosillo, Los Mochis, Mazatlán and Los Angeles.

You can also arrive to La Paz via the 1,480 km transpeninsular highway that connects La Paz to Tijuana. Along this route you can experience spectacular desert and ocean landscapes and visit historic missions along the Baja Peninsula, established during the period of colonization and evangelization in the late seventeenth century.

From Los Mochis and Mazatlán, in the state of Sinaloa, it is possible to reach La Paz by ferry and enjoy a beautiful cruise on the Sea of Cortez.
