Existing Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Rule

The Georgia EPD Air Protection Branch will host a stakeholder meeting to discuss rule changes for existing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) landfills. Rule changes under consideration include the adoption of 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart Cf. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public and impacted organizations about the proposed amendments to Georgia Rule 391-3-1-.02(2)(ggg), Existing Municipal Solid Waste Landfills and to receive comments regarding the amendments.

The stakeholder meeting will be held via Zoom – on Tuesday, September 8 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
